With all that open space in North Carolina, I still can’t get over that Kenny’s family retired to the same community the my in-laws are in. Checking out his latest gallery brings back a few memories. Love the new logo DP.

On Long Island, NY sleepy couch surfers spilled their morning coffee when news broke that their outdoor surf camera was beheaded. The barbarous act caused hundreds of traveling surfers to miss their exits and reconfigure their GPS systems during their 11am dawn patrols. With no leads, but armed with a NY Times Front Page Article, Suffolk County Detectives hope a witness will come forward to lead them to a suspect in the “East Hampton Surfcam Chainsaw Massacre.”
Will this cold case get solved? Find out in the next 48 hours.

“But, to crank out 8-10 boards a day to me, I just never want to have to do that. I might make a lot less money, but at least I can actually talk to people and then go for a surf with them. I can see their stoke on the board I build for them. One blank, one board, one customer at a time.”- Josh Hall, “Passing the Torch: The Josh Hall Interview” by Crissy Van Meter
